Replacement Appliance Control Boards — FailSafe Certified™ by Appliance Pro USA

Find Your Replacement Control Board in 3 Steps

Refrigerator not cooling? Washer won't spin? Dryer not heating? If your appliance has a faulty control board, PartMatch Pro™ finds the exact reconditioned replacement — whether you need a Samsung refrigerator control board, a GE refrigerator control board, or a washer or dryer board from LG, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, or Maytag. No OEM markup. Ships today.

1
Find Your Part Number

Check the sticker on your appliance — not the board itself. That sticker has the full part number you need. Samsung boards start with DA41 or DA92, GE with WR55X or 200D, LG with EBR or EAX, and Whirlpool with W or WPW.

Don't have a part number? No problem — search by model number in PartMatch Pro instead.
2
Search with PartMatch Pro™

Enter your part number or model number below. PartMatch Pro searches our full inventory of reconditioned refrigerator, washer, and dryer control boards — showing real-time pricing and availability instantly.

3
Order with Confidence

Every replacement control board is FailSafe Certified™ — reconditioned to meet or exceed OEM standards, without the OEM price. Same-day shipping by 4 PM EST, backed by a full 1-year warranty.

  • Unplug your appliance and locate the control board — refer to the photo above for exactly where to find it on your model.
  • Find the part number label affixed to the board — it's usually a white, blue, or pink sticker. The label number is what matters: it confirms the board is programmed and compatible for your specific production run. Look for a number like 200D4850G022.
  • Can't access the board yet? Check the model number sticker inside the appliance — usually on the interior wall or near the door seal — and enter it in the search below. We can often cross-reference it, though reading the board label directly is always more accurate.

Always use the board's label number, not your appliance model number. The same model may ship with different boards across production runs — the label sticker on the board itself is the only reliable match.

Your part number is on the appliance's part number sticker — not printed on the board itself. Numbers on the board are often just base numbers. The sticker includes the full programmed part number, with the last 2–4 digits identifying how the board is configured.

Common prefixes by brand: LG starts with EBR, EAX, or 687. Samsung starts with DA92, DA41, or DA94. GE typically starts with 200D, WR55, 225, 245, or 197. Whirlpool starts with W or WPW (and may also start with a number). For Frigidaire and Maytag, check the sticker for the complete part number.

Our proprietary board recertification process, developed after mapping failure patterns across hundreds of board models. Every reconditioned replacement control board goes through three stages before it ships:

Failure Pattern Analysis — we've identified which components fail on each model and why.
Precision Diagnostic Testing — components are individually verified, not just visually inspected.
Proactive Component Replacement — high-failure components are replaced with new parts even when they still test within spec.

An 80% degraded part will fail in 6 months — we don't ship that. This is how every board meets or exceeds OEM standards.
Full coverage against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. If your reconditioned board fails due to a defect within that period, we'll repair or replace it — fast. No extended back-and-forth, no making you prove the obvious.

The 1-year warranty covers the board itself; it does not cover damage from improper installation, power surges, or other external factors.
Many control board replacements are straightforward — unplug, swap connectors, reinstall. No soldering or special tools for most boards. We provide general installation information on our Help Center to help you understand the process.
Important: Any installation information provided by Appliance Pro USA is intended as general guidance only and may not apply to your specific appliance, model, or situation. If you are unsure about any aspect of the installation process, we strongly recommend hiring a qualified, licensed appliance technician. Appliance Pro USA is not responsible for any damage to your appliance, property, or person resulting from self-installation. All DIY repairs are performed at your own risk.
OEM replacement boards typically cost $250–$400+ depending on the model. A full-service repair quote adds diagnostic fees, labor charges, travel time, and part markup on top of that — often totaling $300–$600.

Our FailSafe-processed boards meet the same OEM standards without the OEM markup. You're paying for the part plus our FailSafe Precision Protocol™ processing — no hidden fees, no inflated pricing.

Actual pricing varies by board model and appliance type. Savings compared to OEM or full-service repair will depend on your location and service provider.
